Tapeeze AB is the data controller for the processing of your personal data within the App.

- Login information (Google, Apple, or email account)
- Technical data such as device type, operating system, and app version (for troubleshooting and service improvement)

We process your data to:
- Provide and operate the App's core functions
- Link Tapeeze cards to the FidesmoPay service
- Display relevant offers and benefits
- Maintain, support, and improve the App
- Communicate with you for support or information purposes
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
4. FidesmoPay and Third Parties
If you choose to connect your Tapeeze card to a payment card, this is done through FidesmoPay, a service provided by Fidesmo AB.
Fidesmo AB is an independent data controller for all processing related to their payment services.

Tapeeze does not have access to, and does not store, any payment or transaction data from FidesmoPay.
We also use technical service providers within the EU (e.g., cloud storage providers) acting as data processors who only process data in accordance with our instructions and applicable GDPR requirements.
5. Data Storage and Retention
All personal data is stored within the EU.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, unless legal obligations require longer retention (e.g., for backups or compliance purposes).
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict certain types of processing
